I gave both Snore-Rx and Somnofit-S a shot. Each one helped and cut my snoring by roughly 70% based on the tracking app I rely on. That said, the Somnofit-S has a slimmer build with smoother edges, so it's far easier to keep in my mouth. These days I barely notice it's there and I rest much better. Top marks for Somnofit-S.

This is no flimsy chunk of plastic; it's built way sturdier than even the ones you'd get from a dentist. My snore score dropped dramatically. Can't recommend it enough.

Working as a Certified Orofacial Myologist, four years back I spent thousands on an appliance that does exactly the same job. The Somnofit offers excellent quality for what it costs. I moved over from my old appliance with no interruption to my sleep and the same results, a snore score of 0 on the Snorelab app. I strongly recommend this fairly priced device. My only regret is not ordering more than one when I bought it.
