I gave both Snore-Rx and Somnofit-S a shot. Each one helped and cut my snoring by roughly 70% based on the tracking app I rely on. That said, the Somnofit-S has a slimmer build with smoother edges, so it's far easier to keep in my mouth. These days I barely notice it's there and I rest much better. Top marks for Somnofit-S.

It works through mandibular advancement, which gently guides your lower jaw a touch forward. That subtle shift keeps your airway more open as you breathe, cutting down on snoring and helping you rest more soundly.
Begin by molding it to your bite. After you've dialed in a comfortable fit, just slip the mouth guard in each night before you go to sleep.
We suggest putting it in an hour or two before bedtime at first so your mouth adapts to the sensation. The adjustable straps still let you sip drinks and talk while it's in, so your normal wind-down routine won't be interrupted. Just remember to brush your teeth before putting it in.
Give yourself a few days to adjust. It's perfectly fine if you can only keep it in for a couple of hours per night at the start — stick with it and it'll soon feel natural, especially once you feel how effortless breathing becomes.
Pick the strap that matches the shape of your jaw. Straps are marked 1 through 5, and a larger number means a firmer hold.
Where to start:
● With an overbite, go with strap 1 or 2
● With an underbite, use strap 5
● With a regular bite, begin at strap 3 or 4
Then fine-tune from there:
● If you still snore, move up a level — for example from strap 4 to strap 5
● If the jaw pressure feels too intense or uncomfortable, drop to a gentler strap such as strap 3
● Wear each tension strap for at least three to five nights before stepping it up again
Give it a scrub with a toothbrush, shake off the extra water, and let it air dry once you're done. Store it inside its case whenever it isn't being used. Steer clear of strong chemicals and household cleaners like bleach, ammonia, or alcohol-based mouthwash.
Customer Reviews
At last I've come across a gadget that puts an end to my snoring. My wife couldn't be happier and now sleeps straight through without waking. Really grateful!
People keep telling me I snore. Ha. My wife has tolerated it but without a mouthpiece it gets to be a lot. For the last several years I used a different device and it was fine for what it was, though it wouldn't stay put if my mouth opened during the night. I figured there had to be something better, so I started looking around. Nearly every option shared the same shape more or less. I'd spotted the Somnofit while researching earlier and finally decided to try it. I've now had it about a month and it's night and day versus my old one. It holds in place the whole night (two separate parts joined by a plastic strip). It seemed odd at first, but I get how it works now and for me it's basically magic. Honestly couldn't be more pleased. My wife notices a massive difference between the two, so if she's happy, I'm happy. If only I'd known what Somnofit could do, I'd never have wasted money elsewhere and would've bought this from the start. Zero regrets. Thanks Somnofit, you've got a customer for life.
This is no flimsy chunk of plastic; it's built way sturdier than even the ones you'd get from a dentist. My snore score dropped dramatically. Can't recommend it enough.
Working as a Certified Orofacial Myologist, four years back I spent thousands on an appliance that does exactly the same job. The Somnofit offers excellent quality for what it costs. I moved over from my old appliance with no interruption to my sleep and the same results, a snore score of 0 on the Snorelab app. I strongly recommend this fairly priced device. My only regret is not ordering more than one when I bought it.
